A game crash email to CreateAero usually does not need a reply unless it helps improve this site. Official mod support should go to the official maintainers.

For a useful report, include latest.log, crash-report if generated, Minecraft/NeoForge/Create/Sable/Aeronautics versions, full mod list, affected block, reproduction steps, and whether a clean profile also freezes.
